I HAD MY FATHER TRYING TO SELL THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A REAL ESTATE AGENT. IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.HE HAD IT ON THE MARKET FOR MONTHS.E GOT A BUYER - ONLY FOR HER TO BACK OUT 24 HRS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. I WOULD FOREVER RECOMMEND THE ZEUNER TEAM.
